The Federal Group generally obtains your personal information, such as your name, address and contact details, where required to provide accommodation, hotel, entertainment, Rewards Club and Health Club services.

Details of suspected illegal and undesirable activities are shared with other members of the Australian Casino Association, law enforcement bodies and regulatory bodies such as Tasmanian Gaming Commission.
