The Lounge invites a natural shift in purpose through the day. In the morning, it’s a quiet place for coffee, a moment to sit back and gently contemplate the day ahead. As the day passes, the Hazards take on a warm blush of pink and red, drawing the eye beyond the glass. By evening, it settles into a warm and inviting space for pre-dinner cocktails and delicate canapés, or the perfect spot to complete the day with a nightcap.

Discover a deeper appreciation for Tasmania’s finest spirits while enjoying a freshly prepared cocktail at the bar. For something more distinctive, ask for the ‘Madame Baudin’ and speak with our bartender about its unique local composition.
Your all-inclusive selection also features small-batch gins, complex single malt whiskies and a considered range of leading wines. Mixology and fresh canapes available in the evening, with cocktails available from 5.30pm.
