Moments made to be remembered, in a setting like no other.
Events
At Saffire, every event is thoughtfully curated. Here, expectations are quietly exceeded, and even a corporate gathering takes on the feeling of a meaningful incentive. The setting lends itself naturally to meetings, product launches and moments of connection and retreat.
Our lodge offers tailored programs designed to balance the destination with its surrounds, complemented by a refined and renowned approach to food and wine.
The boardroom, appointed with contemporary technology and understated furnishings, provides an intimate and well-equipped setting for small conferences, meetings and workshops for up to 24 guests.
Weddings
Set against the soft pink hues of the Hazards, Saffire Freycinet offers a setting where weddings feel deeply personal and connected to place. The natural beauty of the Freycinet Peninsula brings a natural sense of calm and beauty, allowing each moment to unfold with ease, creating a day that feels both effortless and enduring.
Ceremonies can unfold on a nearby beach, a remote island, or within the lodge itself, with views across Puthimiluna/Great Oyster Bay to the Hazards beyond. With the option of exclusive use, celebrations become entirely your own - bringing family and friends together in a setting defined by ease, connection and understated luxury.
Exclusive Use
Saffire Freycinet offers exclusive-use experiences, thoughtfully shaped for special occasions, small conferences, incentive programs and other small-scale Tasmanian events. At the heart of the lodge, Palate welcomes up to 40 guests, with the choice of à la carte or tailored dégustation menus celebrating the region’s finest produce and wine.
With just 20 suites, the lodge offers a natural sense of privacy, creating a setting well suited to gatherings that value connection and ease.
From late 2026, the Saffire Jewel Private Villa will introduce an additional layer of seclusion and space for groups, with expansive living areas designed to welcome and host fellow guests staying on site.
